Arajilla Restaurant has the best food on the Island we reckon, and that's because of our chef Dennis. He believes a good menu is all about clever, inventive responses to local fresh ingredients. That's why Arajilla's menu changes every day. We bake our own bread and use the best ingredients around - artisan cheeses, pasture-fed meats and free-range eggs. We get fresh veg and herbs from our own veggie patch. Living on the Island means we have a constant supply of line-caught fish, like local Yellowfin Tuna and Kingfish. If you've been out fishing and caught your own supper, we can arrange to have Dennis prepare it for you. Dennis runs a great team in the kitchen, and our front of house folk are warm and welcoming.
