Ayurveda is an ancient Indian practice of rejuvenation that comes from a place of reverence and the heart. It is based on the idea of living in harmony with nature. This complements the naturally calming and healing effect of Lord Howe Island.
The warm continuous flow of therapeutic oils and movements over the forehead helps calm the nervous system, restoring the balance between the body, the mind, the soul and the senses. The Spa uses Ayurda skin care products that are grown in the Himalayas, tended with care, handpicked and sundried.
