Shiroabyanga

A nurturing head and neck massage using warm oil to distress and relax. This treatment helps improve dryness and hair loss while calming the nervous system and strengthening the mind. Leave feeling revitalised.

This specialised treatment helps to expel toxins release during a massage by opening the channels through a warm steam bath.

Kati Basti (Deep Tissue Therapy)

Musculoskeletal treatments for sciatica, lower and upper back pain, tightness and restricted movement of the neck and shoulder area. A dam made of dough is placed over the affected area and filled with warm medicated oil which helps soften, repair and nourish aching tight muscles. After the oil is removed the therapist will perform a passive back and spinal massage, followed by the application of a herbal steam.

Chakrasparsha Massage
